Beach Vacay!

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need; ie towels, kitchen items, beach and pool toys, bikes. It is in a great location, close to the beach, downtown Venice and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this lovely Venice home. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beds were super comfy. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had and the house was bright and spacious. Our favorite activity was searching for shark's teeth on Venice beach. We hope to return again!

This property was amazing it is in a perfect location close to beaches. House was very well stocked with anything you need from cooking to enjoying a day at the beach. The pool was very nice and clean. Overall this property was amazing and will definitely be returning next year.

Kathleen was incredibly kind and helpful leading up to and during our stay. The home is very well appointed with lots of extra spices and dry goods. The pool is definitely well maintained. The location is helpful because you are 10-15 minutes to anywhere in Venice you'd like to go. A nice home base for your vacation.

Beautiful Home in South Venice

We had a lovely time at this property. It was very clean, large, very well decorated and had such a homey feel. We had a blast in the pool, admired the fire pit in the backyard (tho it was too hot to use it), and enjoyed the large beds in each room. The home is centrally located to all sorts of activities, and was perfect for our bridal party to crash in for a few days. A very comfortable stay!

Nice Home in a Very Convenient Location

Our stay went quite well. The home was very clean and met all of our needs. It was a great location for trips to downtown Venice and the beach, but also in venturing out for longer excursions. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Our only complaint was with the unseasonably cold weather that we encountered while we were there. We definitely would consider a repeat visit sometime in the future.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The location was perfectly out of the way in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything I could want. The beach was not even ten minutes away from the front door. Having a pool was great and everything else was perfect.

Wonderful location, house had so many extras, beautifully decorated. The pool was lovely and a great size. Lots of room and nearly everything you need was provided. We loved our stay at this property! The house was exactly as stated and shown. It was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Kathleen was great to work with…very responsive and was quick to address any needs. We had a dishwasher issue and she immediately had someone there to check it out…it was quickly replaced. One of the true highlights of this property is the pool! Large, clean and warm! LOVED it! Would recommend this property!

Pool area was awesome, house could use some TLC. Loved the bikes, and available spices in the kitchen. Owner/manager was always available and quick to respond. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Over all it was great.
