Perfekte Urlaubsunterkunft

Gute Ausstattung, gute Lage, reichlich Platz; leider kein deutsches TV und die Kochtöpfe waren unsauber. Trotzdem 100% Weiterempfehlung!

Not so good stay

Good first impression, but first thing we do is look at bed mattress! This had quite a few urine stains, which Sandro blamed my dogs and asked us for 500€ for a new mattress. My dogs don’t sleep on our beds. The floors were sticky and unwashed. We couldn’t get any English TV even though the property had sky, it wasn’t working. The old brown sofa was the only place to sit to in the living part of property and was very uncomfortable. Balconies were filthy and no seating area to enjoy a drink in the evenings. No toaster, although nice kitchen I don’t know where the kitchenette was. Everywhere was quite a long way from the property. We cleaned the property before we left. This property is not worth the price we paid to stay.

Nur 20 Minuten mit dem Bus von turbulenten Venedig entfernt liegt die ruhige und große Ferienwohnung entfernt.

Spotless apartment close to public transport and supermarket

Fantastic clean apartment Well maintained and the host was a lovely man who met us on time and provided information about the apartment and location. 20 mins by bus 6L to Venice and the bus is 200 metres from apartment Everything here that is needed for self catering with a large supermarket close by Safe area and thoroughly enjoyed the time here

Classy Rental

The check in was thorough and Sandro was kind and informative. Their rental is top notch and clean. Not in the best neighborhood or close to Venice attractions but worth it since it's so nice of a place. It's about a 20 minute bus ride to Venice.

Appartement climatisé, très propre, bien situé et propriétaire très accueillant.

L'appartement, situé dans un quartier à la périphérie de Venise, convient parfaitement à une famille de 4 personnes. Il se trouve à proximité d'un supermarché et de l'arrêt de bus qui mène à Venise ( il faut compter 25 minutes pour se rendre à Venise). Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. De plus, nous avons pu garé notre voiture sur le parking qui se trouve en face de l'appartement. Sandro, le propriétaire, nous a donné toutes les informations utiles pour notre séjour.

Très bel appartement

L'appartement est vraiment très agréable, lumineux, confortable, propre et bien situé. Il y a une ligne de bus proche de l'appartement qui permet d'accéder au centre-ville en 10-15 minutes. Des commerces de proximité et un supermarché sont également accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions Sandro pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Bonne continuation.

Han sido unos días inolvidables en Venecia y a ello ha contribuido el apartamento que puso a nuestro disposición Sandro: amplio, limpio y muy acogedor. Totalmente recomendable.

Excellent apartment and a gracious host

The apartment was absolutely beautiful!!!! Sandro was a fantastic host. The apartment is extremely well appointed and had all the necessary stuff one would want. The parking was excellent and so was the public transport. Very easy to go into Venice by tram just a 100 meters away. I would highly recommend this apartment ... it is superb!
