Located between two notable sites Rialto bridge (2 minute walk) and San Marco Cathedral (10 minute walk). The staff at this hotel were so wonderful! Beds comfortable and rooms well appointed. You must book the canal view room to see all the boat traffic. Still very quiet with shops and restaurants outside your door. Complimentary boat taxi to Merato.

Hotel is in a fantastic location situated in the centre of Venice. A short walk to all the main points of interest. Hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was lovely. Definitely recommend paying for a canal view, our room was wonderful with lovely views over the canal, even just having the window open and listening to the locals go about their daily life was great. Highly recommend it and would stay again if we're ever fortunate enough to return.

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Rooms were unique and fitting for Venice. This location is perfect if you want to be right in the heart of Venice. St. Mark’s and the Rialto bridge are both very short walks. The boat dock on the canal is the most unique feature and I recommend using the private boat taxi to/from Marco Polo airport - even though the high tide kept us rrom using our hotel’s dock (we had to walk to Rialto). We visited in March and Venice was wildly crowded and there was standing water everywhere. You need reservations for lunch and dinner and walking shoes that can get wet. Forget the vaporetto, they are so crowded and unpleasant. You can walk everywhere, but I really cannot imagine visiting in high season. We did not eat at the hotel and I think we should have, it looked great too.

Located close to San Marcos square but not too close. A hidden gem which still holds the charm of old Venice with a touch of style and class. Just open a window and you’re permeated with Venice. The sounds of the bell towers, gondoliers and people outside. Unforgettable.

Lovely staff, fabulous breakfast, brilliant location just between Rialto and at Mark's Square, it has it's own water jetty so you can catch a water taxi from the door which I highly recommend.. beautiful marble bathrooms and comfortable pillows and beds. Really lovely hotel.

This hotel was amazing. Beautiful and elegant rooms with water views. Excellent location. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us when we requested a room change. 5 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. We didn’t want to leave Venice or this hotel

This was a nice hotel with nice rooms and welcoming staff. We had a suite and it was surprisingly quiet. The negative thing was the power shutting off multiple times which made us a little nervous when using their elevator.
