The Space:
Nestled in a prime Venice location, this beautiful property offers an ideal landing pad for your next friend or family retreat with its separate living quarters and enclosed pool! Boasting 2,000 sq ft of living space, stretch out and enjoy the sunshine while grilling, swimming, and sunbathing.
The main home boasts a large living room with a smart TV, a full kitchen, and ample dining space for family-style meals. Also inside the main home, you'll discover the perfect WFH office space, overlooking the pool. An additional living room and kitchen are available in the separate living quarters. Between the two areas, there are three bedrooms, equally spacious and bright. No matter the temperature outside, you'll always stay cool and comfortable with perks like central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access.
Located just minutes from Venice Beach, you'll love the property's close access to numerous restaurants, movie theaters, shops, golf clubs, and of course, beaches! Some popular attractions worth noting include the Shamrock Park and Nature Center, Brohard Paw Park, and the Venetian Waterway Park.
End another fabulous day in paradise gathered in the home's gorgeous sunroom, reminiscing on all of the memories you've made thus far.
