Nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway by the Gulf Coast's Lemon Bay and just a few minutes south of Venice Island, this quiet suburban residential neighborhood of single-family homes sits “west of the trail,” meaning the neighborhood is west/Gulfside of Highway 41 (Tamiami Trail).

Walk or bike the Legacy Trail at Shamrock Park & Nature Center. Visit South Venice Lemon Bay Preserve. Visit the shops and restaurants on the charming Island of Venice, fish at the Venice Fishing Pier, or drop in for a seaside, open-air yoga class at Venice Beach or Manasota Key Beach.

We really cant say enough how happy we were with this home . Cleanliness is important to us and this home was as clean as clean can be ! Very nicely decorated with quality furniture and very well stocked with all the essentials . The neighborhood is very quiet and we have stayed in many rentals in South Venice and this was the best . Even the landscaping was nice as well . Communication with the owner was excellent and would highly recommend this home to anyone ......

Very clean, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, and very convenient location for Venice activities. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Enjoyed use of the bikes. There was also tons of beach equipment.Very nice host. We were provided with muffins, bottled water, coffee and cream.Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Property

Excellent. When issues were brought up to the manager they were addressed in a timely manner. The location worked well for us. It was a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Just about everything we needed was supplied. The shower and tub floors were a little slippery so I did buy a bathmat. The garden hose did not work. Overall we really appreciated the property!
