Relax in our PRIVATE Pool at Water View Villa

This 3 bed, 2 bath residence located in a quiet neighborhood of South Venice was newly remodeled and designer furnished with a contemporary flair. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with a private bath with shower; the 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed (with TV); and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds to accommodate the whole family. Second full bath for bedrooms 2 and 3 has a tub and shower combination. The dining area features a table that seats 6 comfortably with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen comes completely stocked with all your culinary needs including appliances, spices, complete cookware and glassware. The house has wireless internet throughout with a 65” TV in the living room, a 45” TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 40" TV in the lanai.. The spacious lanai has a fire pit, 2 fans, a gas grill for your family dinners and a table with 4 chairs. All of the flooring in the house (except the master bathroom) has new luxury vinyl flooring installed in June of 2022.

There are bikes for two adults, three children (one with training wheels) a scooter and a tricycle. There is a cornhole game that can be used in the yard or taken to the beach. There are four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, two umbrellas, two coolers, a beach caddy, beach towels, two shark's teeth shovels and kid's toys.


Spend your day lounging in the lanai and enjoying the private pool ($85 per week additional fee for pool heater). and a fee of $100 per person for additional guests above 3. In the evening you can wind down and relax in the lanai listening to the sounds of wildlife.
