We only interacted with Orange vacations and not the owner. Orange vacations were accommadating as long as it was between 9-5. The location was great for us, but we were lucky as we were never given the address until after we paid in full. we did have several issues that we were not happy with.1The pool was not heated, we were advised by residents that the pool is never heated in the winter2-The TV was awful. The streaming service was very hard to navigate for two senior citizens. we could only find limited stations, and they were constantly buffering. we were very lucky to not have issues during the Super Bowl.3- The kitchen was poorly equipped. Very limited on size and number of pots there was not even a tea kettle. Meal prep was complicated and limited by this.4- We did have an ant problem in the kitchen, which may be common in the owner was not very concerned,5-The grill had no propane. We had to find and purchase at our own time and expense 6-The washing machine had no hot water. We were unable to open the hot side of the valve.
