We were so impressed with the incredible service from the staff at this hotel, and our rooms were very comfortable and the location couldn’t be better! Easy walk to all main sites, and great restaurants and shops everywhere. Highly recommend!!

Highly Recommend
The staff (particularly Cozmin) at Palazzo San Luca was outstanding - from communication prior to arrival, returning a found and beloved scarf, to arranging an airport shuttle when it was (sadly) time to depart. Our clean and well-appointed premier apartment was in the annex, but just steps away from the hotel and their excellent service. Everything you need and want out of a visit to Venice is just outside your door - Grand Canal, Rialto bridge, restaurants, opera, shopping. Highly recommend Palazzo San Luca.

Amazing stay with super helpful staff. Unfortunately did not get their names but the lady who helped us check in and check out this morning was just so amazing. They stored our luggage for us before check in and after check out which gave us the flexibility to explore the city a little more freely without having to lug around our bags. The room was so spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Palazzo San Luca’s premier apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Also the location is great! Easy walk to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square.

An extremely nice boutique hotel ideally located , with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Even though I would have preferred it if they had an elevator to get to your rooms , I believe the pluses far outweigh the minuses, and would recommend and stay there again!

I really liked this hotel. It is sort of a boutique hotel, which orignally I was hesitant to book for Europe, as I wasn't sure if there would be a language barrier, if wifi/airconditioning not work well at such hotels, or if there would be an issue if the front desk wasn't manned 24/7. But I am so glad I did. All that stuff worked great. The hotel is very beautiful and charming. I loved that I could open windows (!). The air is beautiful in Venice, and I could hear the bells (I think all the way from St. Mark's). If I closed the windows, I got zero noise, though the little square the hotel sits in is quiet, anyway. It is extremely close to the Rialto water bus stop. Very easy to find. Close to all that is great and beautiful in Venice. the staff was very kind and welcoming, and willing to share info about the city. I had no problem getting in the door after-hours. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Venice! The staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. They texted me ahead of time to make sure we knew exactly how to get to the hotel. When we arrived, they gave us many great suggestions for local restaurants and wine bars. Easily walkable to all the major attractions. We will definitely return to Palazzo San Luca!

Spectacular Rooftop Terrace!
I had the most fantastic stay at Palazzo San Luca! Ahead of my stay they were in contact to help me with directions finding the property (very easy by the way - only 1 turn from the Rialto Vaporetto station). They helped carry my case to my room and allowed me to check in early. They also made restaurant recommendations for me - I went to both of their recommendations and they were both incredible! The room itself was super clean, charming and great air conditioning but the highlight was definitely the spectacular rooftop terrace attached to my room! If you can manage the stairs I HIGHLY recommend booking the Mansarda room to capitalise on the terrace. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and should I return to Venezia I will stay again! Grazie!

Three Minutes From Rialto
The accommodation was perfectly located to walk to all the sights. Literally only three minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Has AC which was a great perk as it was very warm when we visited. The staff was friendly and helpful.
