Every detail of its design showcases their passion for seafaring elegance, providing an experience that is both sophisticated and imaginative.


The apartment spans multiple levels, accommodating six guests in three ensuite bedrooms, each with its own nautical theme. From the elegant Captain’s Suite to the grand Admiral’s Suite and the duplex Commodore’s Suite with mezzanine and canal views, every room is richly appointed and full of character. The central living area features vintage ship fittings, a brass-clad bar, and an array of maps, while a private balcony offers views of the gondola-filled Rio di San Lio.
