Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Pool is not heated by default. Optional pool heat available Nov–March for $25/day or $150/week. Please request at least 24 hours before arrival.
The fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use.
There is driveway parking for three cars. Street parking is available for additional vehicles. Please do not block the gate to the rear yard.
