You will be located in Venelles, 5 minutes from Aix en Provence and near the Luberon.
The house enjoys a privileged view of the Luberon on the garden side and on the Sainte Victoire on the entrance side.

This accommodation with large garden and swimming pool is ideal for a stay with family or friends during the summer season!

Ground floor

- A huge bright living room with large bay windows including:
• A large dining table for 8 people, direct access to the garden and the terrace.
• A large living room with: comfortable sofa, large television.
• A kitchen open to the dining room and living room fully equipped with: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine.
• A spacious bedroom with 3 comfortable beds: a queen size bed as well as two single beds, storage space and direct access to the terrace.
• An independent bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and toilet.
• Additional toilet.
• Also a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment are available.

On the first floor you will find:
• A master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, storage space and a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and heated towel rail.
From this room, you will have direct access to a private terrace of 25m2 with a view of the Sainte Victoire
• A large room for 2 people or 2 children including a pull-out single bed. (It is a drawer bed for the 2nd person).
• An independent bathroom with a bathtub, a towel dryer and a toilet.

Note the two upstairs bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets.

The house has a magnificent garden with trees to enjoy the sweetness of the south and listen to the song of the cicadas. You will find :
