Wooden chalet - 3 min walk from the ocean 🌊☀️

Nice chalet of 60 m2 in peace for 6 people located 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the market. The chalet is completely new, built of wood and surrounded by an enclosed garden. A private carport is available to park your vehicle. The OSB walls offer a warm atmosphere and the decor is sober, discreet and elegant.
The accommodation has 3 bedrooms. A bedroom (160 bed with wardrobe) on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 with 160 bed with wardrobe and the other with 2 single beds), a bathroom, an independent toilet and a living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, a toaster. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. On the terrace, you can enjoy a garden furniture and take your meals there.

Wunderbar

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in Isabelles' Haus. Sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren 6 Personen und es hat uns super gut gefallen. Das Auto mussten wir nur selten nutzen, da alles (Strand, Markt, Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Vielen Dank für alles, liebe Isabelle.

Schönes Haus in der Nähe des Strandes

Das Haus ist modern und schön ausgebaut und die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Strand kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreicht werden. Die Übergabe klappte bestens. Der einzige minimale Minuspunkt ist die Küchenausrüstung. Wenn man gerne kocht, dann wären bessere Pfannen wünschenswert. Aber ist wirklich das Einzige was man bemerken kann. Wenn wir wieder nach Montalivet in die Ferien fahren, würde wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Un endroit parfait pour passer ses vacances; la localisation est tres pratique, le chalet est parfaitement amenagé et entretenu avec un vrai souci de l accueil : de quoi debuter sans se prendre la tete: huile vinaigre, sel, aromates, etc (appreciable apres une longue route quand on a pas forcement envie d aller faire des courses de suite) et du vin ;). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Immer wieder

Super Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Die schöne überdachte Terrasse mit Esstisch und gemütlicher Sitzecke haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Isabelle hat sich sofort gekümmert, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Super nett!

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour a 6 dans cette location , très proche de tout ! Le logement n’est pas tres grand mais avec une grande terrasse extérieure, il y a tout ce qu’il faut . Nous le conseillons fortement

Montalivet in Coronazeiten

Seit ca. 15 Jahren machen wir Sommerferien in Montalivet. Dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal im Haus von Isabelle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ruhig, was für Montalivet nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet (die Küche). Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die steile Treppe und das Erscheinungsbild der OSB-Wände.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Lage dieses Chalets ist einfach super. In nur 5 Minuten ist man am Strand und ebenso schnell auf dem hübschen Markt und der Einkaufsstraße des Ortes. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit! Sehr erholsam war das!

Une très bonne escapade

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le chalet est propre et confortable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments. Isabelle et son mari sont très accueillants. L'environnement est calme et sauvage. Il n'y a qu'à traverser la route pour rejoindre l'océan. Nous reviendrons très certainement !

Parfait!!

A deux pas de la dune cette jolie maison en bois est parfaite pour profiter de l’océan en famille! A deux pas du centre et sur la piste cyclable, tout est simple! Notre hôte était très accueillante et disponible. Un séjour à refaire!!

toller entspannter Urlaub

Wir waren zu Fünft (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (14,17,19)) für 2 Wochen in Montalivet. Die Kommunikation mit Isabelle hat problemlos geklappt. Sie ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Da Isabelle ihr Häuschen direkt nebenan hat, kann man sie immer gut erreichen. Sie läßt einen aber auch völlig in Ruhe, wenn man ihre Hilfe nicht braucht. Das Haus selbst liegt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt. In den Ort sind es ein paar Minuten mehr. Das Haus ist zweckmässig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist zwar klein, aber das stört nicht, da man sich im Sommer ja sowieso die ganze Zeit draußen aufhält. Man kann also ohne Probleme gut zu Sechst in dem Haus Urlaub machen. Das Haus liegt ruhig, man hört keinen Verkehr. Der Garten ist uneinsehbar. Wir haben 2 herrliche, entspannte Wochen in Montalivet verbracht und werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Schönes Holzhaus, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sehr nah am Meer, ruhig

Absolut empfehlenswert, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Haus ist gemütlich, die Betten gut. Unser Urlaub war rundherum gelungen!
