"We are staying in 4 different places around Portugal, and this is the accommodation I was most nervous about. There was no communication from the host apart from check-in info which was instigated by me, even when he said he would be in touch. The accommodation was basic, but had everything we needed. Aircon was a big plus. However, the place lacked any comfort . One pillow per person, no cushions on the sofa (which was peeling and leaving a mess) and no where comfortable to sit outdoors...

"Our stay at Moinho do Marco, also known as the windmill, was truly outstanding. A unique location with panoramic views of the ocean and Setabul surrounding areas. Staying in an old windmill, which has been lovingly restored, is a once in a lifetime experience. The host, Guadeloupe, was absolutely fantastic, very accommodating and a wealth of information about the Setabul area. We give everything about our stay a five star rating!!!!"

"The cottage is beautifully decorated and quite large. Everything you could possibly need is found within, There are some lovely spaces to sit and enjoy the property. The hosts go out of their way to make sure you are happy including leaving you treats on the patio. You can easily walk into Sanitiago do Escoural which is a quiet little town. "Een heel mooi huis. Voor 6 personen. Jammer dat er te weinig opbergruimte voor kleren voorzien is. Eén ladekast en één kledingrek is te weinig als je er 10 dagen verblijft. Maar twee zonnebedden. "

"We had a wonderful 8-day stay at Casa do Avo Ezequiel, located on a beautiful farm surrounded by a variety of fruit trees. Although we arrived very late for check in on the first day, Senhor Francisco, our host, kindly waited for us and gave us the warmest welcome.Every morning, we enjoyed freshly picked fruits straight from the trees. "We stayed at the property for 2 nights for a family wedding, in the area. The property was spacious and the pool was used as soon as we got there. Perfect for us that pets are welcome as travelling with 2 dogs, with plenty of space to exercise them. Would definitely stay again"
