"A beautiful property with pools and a spa and very friendly staff, yet none of that overcomes a cheap mattress and no a/c in 95 degree heat. It should be expected that a four star resort has a/c no matter how infrequently it is used; a mattress that you can feel the springs in only made trying to fall asleep worse.
