"We stayed at the Pinus lodge which was a good size for a family. It was bigger than we expected and has two bathrooms as well as a big living room downstairs. There were lots of options at the breakfast buffet. Wasn't expecting much due to the reviews, but it wasn't bad at all. Best view of the waterfalls close to the hotel (there's a trail to the left of the wooden bridge down the road). "The staff were all incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was nice and well attended to. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was! I was worried about the proximity to the airport, but the only time we ever heard a plane was the very last day when a military plane flew over. I would definitely stay here again. "
