Villa 'Pepa' with Sea View, Pool & Wi-Fi

The villa Pepa is located in Chilches and overlooks the sea. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV with a DVD player. On top of that, a pool table is also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool which is available year-round, a garden, 3 open terraces, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The property is located 1.3 km from a supermarket, 3 km from a number of beach bars and 6 km from a Carrefour shopping centre. Furthermore, Rincón de la Victoria is just a 10-minute drive away.

A parking space is available in a garage. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 1 pet (max. 15 kg) is allowed for a fee. A later check-out is possible for a fee. Parties and/or events are not allowed. Please note that the pool can be used at night as long as the volume is kept low (playing music is only allowed until 11 pm).

Pros: Många toaletter och duschar! Den uppvärmda poolen var jättebra när man har små barn med sig! Uteplatsen från köket var också bra! Man skulle ha hyrt en bil, eftersom huset ligger högt upp! Vi vuxna fick motion, jobbigare för barnen! Vi är jätte nöjda med våran semester! Mvh Rosa
