About this property
Lovely apartment by the sea in front of the beach
- Very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully furnished. In perfect state of maintenance. With sea views. Very quiet area next to the promenade of Poniente. A mere 50 meters from the beach in front line. Ideal for disconnecting. All rooms are exterior and very bright, facing east and west.
We have an outdoor swimming pool with parasols that are accessible to the disabled. Large interior courtyard for the little ones and pedestrian streets next to the building.
I am available at all times for anything our guests may need. I give them my mobile number and with the possibility of coming in less than half an hour.
Our neighborhood is very quiet, although it is in the periphery it is 5 minutes walking from a Mercadona and all the services that you may need.
There are numerous free parking spaces next to the building. There is no public transport nearby but we are 5 minutes walk.
