The apartment features two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. We have two bathrooms, both equipped with bathtubs, one of which has been modified for added comfort. The apartment is equipped with an 80-liter water heater.



The kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, has everything necessary to prepare delicious homemade meals. The living-dining room is air-conditioned with both air conditioning and a fan, offering a cool and comfortable space to relax. From the southwest-facing terrace, you can enjoy pleasant views of Andalucía Avenue and the afternoon sun, creating a perfect atmosphere for rest and relaxation.



It is important to note that due to the extreme drought situation in the area, there are water cuts from 11:00 PM to 7:45 AM. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation under these circumstances. Please note that the building has a water tank, which ensures that the aforementioned water cuts are hardly noticeable.



To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, pets are not allowed in the accommodation, and it offers Wi-Fi service.
