"ouveau le logement était superbe et le lieu également. Mais alors la gestion du lieu est CATASTROPHIQUE ! Personne entre 21h et 07h. En plus si vous arrivez dans la nuit comme nous ben je ne vous souhaite pas notre mésaventure! Aucune clef dispo pour nous, un numero d « urgence » dont l’interlocuteur est un IMMENSE INCOMPÉTENT ! "We liked the cleanliness and layout of the room. The location was an easy walk to the train station (without bags if you’re in your 60’s). Staff were very helpful, even made a to-go bag when we had to catch a flight before breakfast was served. The stairs from the elevator to the room were an annoyance, and the door handle on our room was partially unscrewed."

"The facilities of the hotel are excellent. The only shame is the woodland cabins appear to be removing the kids playground. The reception staff at check in weren't very helpful, we had a tiring train journey and just needed a run around for the boys but they suggested outside of the hotel, they didn't realise they had a playground. Outside of the hotel, little Switzerland is lovely in the woods but there needed better pedestrian access from the hotel. The pool indoors is great, we had kids so couldn't g outside, but meant the indoors was great for the kids. The robot was a bit of a shame, we wanted to use for ice cream but if the phone is on mute you won't know it's there and we ended up with it an hour late, melted and no refund. Restaurant in the hotel - all the food is lovely, very tasty and something for most people."

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We really appreciated the peaceful surroundings and had a great night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you for a great experience!"
