"This apartment is very nice and has lots of room to move around in. We found it very clean felt perfectly fine having our kids crawl around on the floor. The main thing that keeps me from giving it a 5-star rating is that my 4-year old discovered that there was a loose section of railing on the second story deck. I would guess that it will be fixed for the next guest, but I don't feel like such a safety concern should ever be present unless a guest breaks it themself."

"Everything was great- only problem was one of the elevators was broken. We were there for a big firefighters memorial and it made it difficult getting up and down(I was in the 9th floor) with all the kids"

"We had no housekeeping for the last day of our stay which was last Sunday. We had to go downstairs to get our wine open and come back up no wine opener. We ran out of tissue what else? Oh our keys stopped working for two days. I had to get them recharged and we had expected to have breakfast you know complementary breakfast like the Hilton and other hotels I’m really shocked and amazed so my mother and I am at 80 six-year-old Mom and I who flew in from New York were not impressed.
