"The stay was quite uncomfortable making us leave after the first night. Had to sleep and move about the apartment dressed in layers due to cold and clammy temperatures. Host stated that the municipality would not allow turning on the heating system during the month of May but then turned on the heaters anyway when we complained about the cold temperatures…only to wake up in the middle of the night freezing and finding the heaters turned off again. "Room ready on early arrival, easy parking, warm welcome, room clean, comfortable and very modern, with great view from balcony. The hotel is two buildings, the old Villa which has no lift, and the modern block overlooking the valley, which has the spa, pool, etc. We booked a room with a balcony and were in the new build which has a lift. Evening meal was excellent, breakfast good. Recommended"
