In the morning the front desk worker refused any type of reimbursement. She refused to call the person working the night before to verify."

"Terrible stay. Hotel didn’t have my prepaid reservation through Orbitz. Staff was rude and unprofessional. No elevator, no electronic room keys, poor internet, small uncomfortable bed, no hot/cold water in the shower, no closet or safety box. Avoid offering this hotel through your site! "
