The room was spacious, spotless, and bigger than expected! The view was amazing! All the staff were very kind and accommodating. We ate in the lobby restaurant a few times and really enjoyed the food and service. One morning we even asked if we could work while eating breakfast and they sat us at a quiet table in the corner. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Las Vegas.

My stay here was really up and down. The room itself was fabulous, but when I went to take a shower the handle fell off in my hand. The facilities guy took 3 hours to fix it. When I went to shower the next morning the water never got hot. I waited 15 minutes with the water running and still never got over luke warm. I gave up and just went home. The place was nice and clean, but impossible to shower!

Check in was a breeze for a Friday at 3:30 pm! Room was very nice, spotless. Staff were friendly and engaging. I booked here because I attended the Heart concert that was here. The concert venue has a fantastic sound system! All in all a great stay. Will book again.

Overall stay was good, after they changed our room. First room had 4 cockroaches in the bathroom. No issues after we reported it then they upgraded us to a different room with a credit. Hotel is fine but very dated.
