The house is a 2-minute drive from Parador de Cruz de Tejeda, 20 minutes by car from Tejeda, and 25 minutes from the Roque Monument. Situated at an altitude of 1,526 m, warm clothing is recommended during winter months. Airport transfer service is available on request. There are many hiking and cycling routes nearby.
There are 4 parking spaces on the property and 1 in a garage. Free street parking is also available.
Pets and parties are not allowed. Groups of young people are not permitted. There is no air conditioning or Wi-Fi. Although the property has heating, the altitude means it can be very cold in winter.
The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom are accessed via stairs from the patio. On the upper floor, the bathroom is accessed from outside and is not reachable from inside the house.
