"A beautiful, quiet cabin on the lake. If the weather is crummy you still have Gorgeous views of the lake, sunset and waterfowl. We got out on the lake in the paddle boat to explore the lake a little more. Kitchen is fully stocked (with kitchenware). Gocery stores are not too far away so it's pretty easy to pick up anything you may have forgotten. "

"Our group of four stayed three nights, and everything went really smoothly. There is enough room to move around without feeling on top of each other. "This cabin is very homey and comfortable. We had ample space for our 2 families. Convenient location for traveling between Clear Lake and Britton. Shoreline is not swimmable this time of year due to weeds. Kids tried to fish off the dock but only caught weeds but still had fun. Plenty of parking space for 3 pickups and a boat trailer. Kitchen well equipped for everything you would need for cooking. Was nice to have a grill for burgers and brauts. Dawn was wonderful as far as communication and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Would definitely rent this cabin again. "

"This was my first time using Vrbo and it was fairly easy to navigate through the process (without too much help from my daughter). Roy Lake Landing has a good floor plan for privacy of bedrooms. The beds very comfortable. We made good use of the completely fitted out kitchen. Good view of the good lake from either upper or lower deck. We should have stayed two more days! Jim"

"Everything was great with a couple of exceptions. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom is in need of a replacement. I moved upstairs as my back was hurting. Wine glasses would be nice. We were very. Close to friends and family which was great"

"This house was perfect. Was nice to have a place to go in between games. Was clean, had everything we needed. Beautiful sunsets by the fire! Very friendly town here in Britton! "

"The hosts were great--friendly and very responsive when we had a question about anything. We were extremely impressed with how clean this place was. From the floors to the counters and dishes, bathrooms and bedrooms, to even the windows and window SCREENS, the place was immaculate. Very soft towels and bedsheets, lots of extra blankets for lounging or sleeping with. The kitchen is well stocked with everything the listing describes, and then some! The coffee corner was fantastic!Now for the outside. The yard was plush and green, barely a weed or sticker in it. The deck was big and sturdy and had lots of seating for eating or hanging out. 2 docks!! 2 docks to fish and swim from! Having a boat lift is so awesome, we've stayed at lakehouses with a dock, but having a boat lift was so nice. All the extra water toys were such an added plus!We caught so, so many bluegill, a few perch and northern, and quite a few bass, small and largemouth. The water in late July was CLEAR as far down as light would reach, all the way across the lake. My 11 year old caught a 20" smallmouth!! And, oh.... the cookies she had waiting for us in the fridge!!!! "
