"Check in was terrible. Took multiple international calls and texts to check in and get the door open. Door lock is operated by a phone system that would not accept a call from a US number. Owner said I would have to whatsapp them every time I needed to enter the room. I had already found them to be difficult to get on the phone from my previous check in calls. I tried to cancel the reservation but owner refused to refund me. So I left and got a proper hotel room."

Not sure about the door entry system where you need to phone a number and it automatically opens the door when it connects. Also I kept banging my head in the toilet on a cabinet that juts out above the toilet bowl. Not very well designed for tall people. I have quite a big scrape on my head that was bleeding and is now scabbed over."
