Welcome to the La Costa holiday flat, perfectly located on the edge of the village centre in Valbella.

This light-flooded holiday flat not only offers a wonderful stay, but also an unbeatable location. Just a few minutes walk away you will find everything you need for a perfect day: from the kiosk to the snow sports school to the bakery and the bus stop, which will take you directly to the skiing or hiking area. Even the grocery store for your shopping is just a short walk away - perfect for a cosy start to your day.

With space for up to 4 people, the flat offers a master bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with two single beds that can be pushed together if required. Two stylish bathrooms; one with WC and shower and another with WC and bathtub, ensure maximum comfort.

The spacious living and dining area is not only flooded with light, but also has a fireplace. From the living area you can access the balcony, which offers a marvellous view of the surrounding countryside.There are also two parking spaces in the garage.

Schöner Ausblick in ruhiger Lage

+ gut ausgestattet; es war alles da. Ruhige Lage mit schönem Ausblick auf den Berg/See von Valbella. Unkomplizierter Check-in/Check-out, W-Lan-Problem wurde schnell gelöst. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden (2 SZ = 2 Parkplätze), Bikeraum und Aufzug vorhanden. - einziger Kritikpunkt: die Badewanne im Bad mit Fenster könnte eine Duschabtrennung vertragen, da man egal ob stehend oder sitzend in jedem Fall das Bad flutet
