Look forward to harmonious meals at the cosily lit dining table, where you can make plans for the day ahead or enjoy a board game in the evening, or make yourself comfortable on the inviting sofa.



The sheltered garden offers you cosy places to read and soak up the sun while your children romp around on the spacious lawn or have a picnic in the shade. Serve yourself a delicious breakfast under the parasol and fire up the barbecue on warm summer evenings.



You are located in a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood and yet not far from the town centre and the beaches. Surprise the family with a trip to the famous La Palmyre Zoo or the exciting Planet Exotica. Explore the historic fortress of Fort Boyard on a boat trip, stroll through La Rochelle, Bordeaux and Cognac on a day trip or discover the islands of Oléron and Ré.
