In the heart of the French Vexin, near Giverny (20 km), La Roche-Guyon (20 km), the Villarceaux Estate, Auvers-sur-Oise, and Lyons-la-Forêt… all within a 2-hour bike ride, situated on a hill in the charming village of Vaudancourt, on the edge of the “coulée verte” (Oise and Vexin loop, a 270-km cycling loop; see voiesvertes.com), and
. The house is approximately 100 m² in size, spread over two levels, a charming, enclosed stone garden of 200 m²
Living areas
- a kitchen with a large, inviting table for lunch or dinner for 8–10 people, opening onto the garden through a large picture window; a large living room with a fireplace and two sofas; and a small reading room.
Sleeping area, at the top of a charming old wooden staircase; the bedrooms are arranged around a bright landing with a view of the garden:
- 3 bedrooms: a large bedroom with a 160 double bed and French doors leading to a stone staircase that descends to the garden; can accommodate a mattress on the floor for a small child or a travel cot, office area

A bedroom with a single bed that converts into a large 180 double bed (two mattresses placed side by side)
Bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the garden, washing machine, and dryer

The outbuilding is available for an additional 50 EUR per night,
featuring: on the ground floor: a sofa bed, kitchen, and toilet; upstairs: a double bed and a bathroom with a large shower.
The house can accommodate up to 9 people, ideally 2 to 3 families, 6 adults, or 4 adults and 3 children.

Amenities include: a Weber grill, outdoor tables and chairs, and some outdoor games (darts, board games).

Please note: A security deposit check for €800 will be required upon key pickup. It will be returned to you within 7 days.

Fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi repeaters in the house

Mobile network signals are fairly weak: plan to use Wi-Fi calls or WhatsApp

Check-in and check-out times are determined on a case-by-case basis. Arrivals after 8:00 PM require a special request and may be subject to additional fees.

We ask guests to specify their arrival time. If we have to wait more than 45 minutes, additional fees may apply at a rate of 25€ per hour
Linens can be provided for an additional 60 euros per stay.
