"Breakfast was great. Unfortunately both taxis they ordered for us after we clarifed where we were going they took us to the wrong destinations. Not sure who made the errors. Would stay there again location was great. We had to ask them for our VIP access discount. We also never were offered a room upgrade...they were not forthcoming with the information about these"

Service across the hotel was consistently excellent—attentive without being intrusive, and always delivered with a friendly, welcoming approach. The location is another standout feature, ideally placed for exploring Rome, with many key attractions easily accessible, making it a perfect base for both first-time visitors and returning travellers. Overall, an outstanding stay—highly recommended and one we would gladly repeat."

"Worst experience ever. Two pairs of my Gucci footwear brand new black heels and brown shoes — were stolen from my room. The hotel showed no accountability and failed to help. When I asked to check CCTV, they refused and told me to get a police report first. The police station was closed and we had a flight the next day, so it wasn’t possible. Very disappointing and stressful. Would not recommend."
