3 bedroom 3.5 bath spacious private home in a gated golf course community. 20 minutes to Pinehurst and Southern Pines. 15min from the back gate of Fort Liberty.
Huge kitchen, seating for 8 in the dining room. 2 fire places. Large yard with pool. Master suite includes king-size Tempur-Pedic bed, and bath with Jacuzzi tub. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms downstairs each have their own bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy a large backyard with grill, hot tub and pool.
Entire home will be yours to enjoy, upstairs and down, inside and out. Owners will be off-site during your stay, but assistance is just a phone call away!

Smoking is allowed outside by the pool only. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No unauthorized guests may be on the property. No glass by the pool.
Please do not unplug, or rearrange any electronics. Do not adjust or turn off the pool filter. No stays greater than 28 day will be accepted.
No Parking is not allowed on the cul-de-sac or grass. No RV or Campers allowed for any reason. All dogs must remain on a leash when out of the home.
