"We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. "Great overnight stop whilst driving to Budapest. Whilst the hotel looked dated, it held up in terms of facilities, location (right in the middle of the main square), and to top it up - pet friendly. Parking, whilst paid, was right next to the hotel which made it easier, and the fact that it was a covered parking added to the pros of the hotel given the very warm weather and travelling with a dog. Great overall !"
