Had my booking company called also and they refused. Horrible customer service they are only interested in the finance aspect not the humane feelings. ...

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was the heavy traffic outside the hotel, which could be a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again.
