"We had a room next the elevator and it was actually pretty quiet. The room was clean and it had been a decent room. The only complaint is that the blackout curtains were fake-like. And didn’t cover the window and in the mornings it was super bright. So it made it hard to sleep in when we drove so far that day before. But I will say the staff were very friendly and very helpful. "

"The room was okay. Weird layout with a tiny bathroom. There was garbage left in our room when we arrived and a broken light. We notified staff and they came promptly to address our concerns. One of the elevators was broken and I have to say the other elevator was the smallest and scariest elevator I have ever been on. The staircase beside our room was the worst part of the hotel. Full of garbage and smelled like urine and fish. Overall I would only stay at this hotel if you need to be close to the bell centre. The only thing good about it is the location. "
