The beach house is located in a quiet area yet is conveniently close to the most important amenities. A spacious sandy beach is about 800 metres away, while shopping options are only about 550 metres away. The nearest restaurant is about 300 metres away, and public transport is about 500 metres away, offering you flexible travel options.

The property offers 110 square metres of living space distributed across a total of four rooms, including three bedrooms on the ground floor with modern tile floors that ensure a high level of comfort and hygiene. For families with small children, a cot and a high chair are provided. Even discerning guests will appreciate the underfloor heating, the efficient heat pump heating system, and the ability to completely block out light from all windows with privacy screens.

In the spacious living room, a cosy sofa area invites you to relax. The living area is complemented by a dining area with a dining table and seating; an armchair and a chest of drawers round out the comfortable furnishings. Three modern televisions provide entertainment. A vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and full-length mirror are available. Of course, a smoke detector is installed.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with high-quality kitchen utensils, a ceramic cooktop with an integrated range hood, an electric oven, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, a food processor, as well as a full set of dishes and silverware, making it ideal for self-catering. All the necessary equipment for preparing meals is provided.

Two modern bathrooms offer comfort and privacy. The bathrooms feature a walk-in shower; the main bathroom also includes a bathtub, sink, toilet, mirror, and window. A hair dryer is also provided. A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal—especially convenient for longer stays or families.
