Welcome to a very fresh and charming cottage with lovely views, several outdoor seating areas and a completely private courtyard. Here you stay in peaceful and natural surroundings, only a seven minute walk from a fantastic swimming beach. Perfect for families and groups who want to stay close to the sea while enjoying a sheltered forest plot at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The main house offers two bedrooms, two cosy sleeping lofts and a spacious living area with a well equipped kitchen, wood burning stove and a bright dining space. The guesthouse provides additional beds, its own bathroom and a washing machine, ideal for two families or larger groups. In total the property accommodates seven guests. Outdoors you will find several seating areas in different directions, a terrace surrounding parts of the main house and another terrace by the guesthouse. A set of steps leads up to a viewing point on the rock where you can enjoy forest and sea views as well as the evening sun. The plot is varied with rock and lawn, perfect for both play and relaxation. There is also a small playhouse and a garage with a ping pong table.



Things to do in the area.

Here you live close to both the sea and nature. The footpath to the beach leads through leafy surroundings and once there you will find jetties, a sandy beach and beautiful cliffs. There are good cycling routes nearby and the closest village, Varekil, is easily reached by bike. Orust and Tjörn offer many lovely excursion destinations. Visit charming Gullholmen or car free Käringön by ferry from Tuvesvik. Bring the children to Tavlebords honey farm where you can learn about bees and enjoy homemade sweets. Sundsby manor on Tjörn offers historical guided walks, caves, hiking trails and a popular café. The Pilgrim Trail on Orust is eight kilometres long and passes several picturesque churches and scenic landscapes.



Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of 2500 SEK will be reserved on your card at arrival and released within one week after departure, provided that the house is left in approved condition after inspection

• Bed linen and towels can be added, 190 SEK per person for bed linen and 60 SEK per person for towels

• Final cleaning is not included. Guests clean the house themselves and cleaning supplies are available

• Electricity is included. Charging an electric car is not allowed

• Smoking is prohibited

• One small dog is permitted

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed
