"Dirty floor when we checked in. Door lock to the bedroom fell apart and we almost got stuck in the room. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Hot water on and off in the kitchen sink. Wood floor was dirty. Won’t stay again. "

"Do not laundry with this hotel My business attires sent for dry cleaning came back shrunk by more than 1 size, despite instruction for Dry Cleaning and asking the housekeeper if it is safe to dry clean. Hotel management says they try to help but no compensation has been offered. Worst check in experience with Front Office staff Valentina, and this has been my 10th time staying at hotel. Valerio who later took care of my check in was very attentive, professional and helpful, special mention that there are good staff too. "
