Fantastically helpful lady on front desk (just returned from time off), clean good sized family room, nice breakfast, great location. Would recommend and family friendly. Only downside was no kettle in our room and the total has no bar or ability to buy drinks/snacks outside of breakfast hours which, after a lot of walking each day, was missed.

Friendly check in staff, baggage storage until our room was ready.
Helpful with directoons and recommendations.
Large room with balcony, comfy beds.
Breakfast was good with lots of options but the man working there was quite gruff.

Gym was closed and an outdoor set up which was unusable. Staff were helpful. Wifi average speed and rooms can be noisy with outdoor traffic and voices.
