"The hotel has excellent sea views. There are plenty of staff, all very polite and helpful. The infinity pools were fantastic. The only issue we had was that we felt the air conditioning was too cold in the lobby, restaurants and bedroom. An adjustment was made to our room AC, but unfortunately it could not be completely turned off, so always felt cooler. Due to the large floor to ceiling windows, you cannot open the windows to allow heat in."

Breakfast was one of the best highlight of our trip - very extensive and all freshly prepared. "Everything about this place from check in to check out was amazing. The check in was seamless, the staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The two onsite restaurants are wonderful. The infinity pool and bar is perfect. We also got massages at the spa and Becky and Raziya were so professional. Valencia and the hotel staff were also wonderful. Highly recommend."
