Additional outdoor amenities include a private grill, outdoor shower, garden furniture, and an enclosed area ideal for children to play safely.



    You will find 4 shared parking spaces on-site for your convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.



    The property offers an excellent location just at the edge of the Double forest with breathtaking views. Ribérac, with all essential shops and services, is only 7 km away, while Périgueux is 40 km from the house. The recreational area of Lac de La Jemaye is located 12 km away, and you can explore the Romanesque churches circuit in the surrounding area.
