This handsome daylight waterfront rambler is 3400 SF with 5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, Game Room, and sleeps 8 people.

Fully equipped with Starlink Satellite hard-wired Internet, and Tesla/EV 50 AMP Charger.

Breathtaking views of the Columbia River with Brazilian Slate tile floors, granite counter-tops, vaulted ceilings, peeled pine cabinets, custom moldings and paint, which are the backdrop for custom-made peeled pine log furniture.

Spacious lodge-style home in pristine condition with 2nd downstairs kitchenette, living room with entertainment center, game room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms downstairs.

The home has 2 huge decks and hot tub overlooking the Columbia River.

The backyard has fun for everyone; a Horse-shoe pit, and fire-pit, are all within the fully fenced backyard.
