Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The flat is ideally situated in Vannes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, we recommend parking at the Saint-Joseph car park (free) 500 m away or at the Parking des Capucins along the harbour. Other nearby car parks include the pay car parks at Place de la République, Richemont and Les Remparts.
On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
