Apartment 49 is located in a 20th-century building in a small town in the heart of Lorraine, 10 minutes from Pont-à-Mousson.

Vandières is a town within the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, situated on the GR5 hiking trail.

Easy access via the A31 motorway to Metz (Pompidou Centre) 25 km away and Nancy (Place Stanislas) 35 km away.

Several shops are located in the town, and there is an inn, garage, gas station, and doctor in the village. The train station is 200 meters away, with about ten trains a day to Nancy or Metz. The 60 m² apartment is on two levels and comprises:

On the ground floor:
