When I requested heat in the room (twice), the staff unconcernedly advised that the heat was shutdown for the summer and there were no space heaters. If your idea of a comfortable hotel room temperature is less than 60 degrees and you don't mind an unresponsive staff, you might like this hotel. Never again for me."
