The suite was huge and (in comparison to other big-name hotels, fastidiously clean and very quiet. I was surprised how 'dated' the room was. I didn't like a) the toilet was not low flow (with water restrictions starting next month) and b) the lightbulbs were all non-LED. A shocking amount of energy waste in 2024! Also, the staff did not tell me about the master switch for 'most' lights including the bathroom. Other guests said the same. Figuring out how to use the shower was a challenge! Disappointing there wasn't a safe. All constructive criticisms. I thought the stay was great and the pool/steamrooom etc were perfect! Many thanks! PS The German(?) concierge was very helpful and accommodating. A special thank you to him.

Thank you for all your comments. With regard to LED lights we have been replacing bulbs with LED as they burn out. Our old bulbs seem to have longevity on their side. The master light switch at the door is part of the energy saving program and dictated by the building code back in 1994. Also thanks for mentioning Tim as ew have an Employee Recognition program

We had a great stay at Rosedale on Robson. Close to downtown and close to the Yaletown Roundhouse station to get back to the airport. The staff was excellent, the room was great. Two thumbs up and would most definitely book there again.

My partner & I truly enjoyed our stay at the Rosedale on Robson. We absolutely loved the location and were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to see in Vancouver. It was particularly fun being so close to sports, shopping, & dining. In the evenings, we truly enjoyed returning to the hotel to decompress in the saunas & hot tub! Would most definitely stay here again.

Love this place. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even opened the door for me. Prompt service with calls made to housekeeper and maintenance. Tons of restaurants nearby. Grocery store, IGA, a block up. Kitchen complete with oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, plates, utensils and cookware.

This location is perfect if you plan to go to downtown Vancouver to watch shows and events or simply explore Vancouver. The staff are friendly and accomodating.

Room was nicely equipped with a full kitchen. Shower was great and having a TV in the living and bedroom was a plus. Only downside was homeless people sleeping in front of the hotel.

Thank you for your review. With regard to the homeless situation, we have added more security to keep the people moving. Also, the city has cleaned up one of the encampments which pushed those affected into our end of town.

Literally the best place ive stayed at so far in vancouver. Close to anything you could need walking and if you drive in the parking is super accessible.

Great hotel the suite was very nice with a living room and kitchen to use if needed! The staff were very welcoming and friendly and check in was easy. I did find the blankets on the bed were not very thick so I was cold but I did find an additional throw in the closet. Great hotel!
