Charming Hobby Farm w/ Hot Tub, Sauna, Pickleball & Mini Golf Near I-5/205

  • The property is located at the end of a long private road, with the home set at the center of a 5-acre hobby farm. Goats, hens, a donkey, and a pony roam the pastures—and your first dozen fresh eggs are free.

    Enjoy a private, clean 3-bedroom home with comfortable beds that sleeps up to 8 adults (an extra guest fee applies after 6 guests).

    Outdoor amenities abound! The backyard features 6-hole mini golf and regulation horseshoes. Head to the upper field for Frisbee golf and Bucket Glow Golf. New in 2024, enjoy our pickleball court with net.

    Relax just outside the back door in the 4-person hot tub and barrel sauna. Grill under the covered outdoor BBQ area, then dine at the glass-top outdoor table beneath a large covered patio accented with charming fairy lights at night.

    Despite the peaceful setting, the property is conveniently located near the I-5 and I-205 junctions. Please let us know if you’re celebrating a special occasion—we love helping make stays memorable!

    Registered guests are welcome to bring their K9 family members for a $75 per pet fee. The first pet fee is charged at booking. If you are bringing two dogs, a $75 payment request for the second pet will be sent after booking.

We had a great stay! Jim and Jimmiesue have a beautiful home stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We enjoyed the animals, hammock, mini golf, hot tub, sauna, frisbee golf, and mini golf. They also did a great job returning messages and helping out as needed. The location and neighborhood were great as well. We definitely recommend booking with Jim and Jimmiesue!

This property is the best-maintained place I have stayed for sure. You can tell the owners care about the state of their property immensely. Fantastic House!

This was a fantastic place for us on our family's PNW adventure. The house itself was part of the experience. And it was also a gateway to some of our other adventures. Jim and Jimmiesue are fantastic hosts. My kids loved the time spent with Jimmiesue and the animals. We played lots of family games on the property. We highly recommend this house for your stay in the PNW!

Sweet and serene retreat

Perfect vacation

Everything about our vacation here was wonderful. Close to everything but yet on a farm, fresh eggs were a treat. Loved the animals. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. Perfect base for Columbia River exploration

We enjoyed the spacious attractive, and well equiped home, the lovely outdoor areas, the activities for children as well as the friendly care provided by the owners. Fresh eggs were a bonus when we arrived famished! It was perfect for three couples and two small children. We traveled easily to Mt. St. Helen, the Gorge, Mt. Hood area, and Camus.

Awesome place for family get togethers

3 of us came to the area to visit family. The hobby farm was a great place for our group of adults to gather and visit. We had 3 staying overnight and a total of 8 of us during a few days. Plenty of space indoors, outdoor under covered patio or the uncovered table area. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We also got to visit with the animals. I did not notice any animal smells around the house, but you might hear a rooster in the morning. Overall a great experience and we hope to get back.

Child’s Birthday Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hobby Farm! Our birthday girl loved feeding the goats and holding the bunnies. Our family enjoyed the varied outdoor activities including mini golf and pickle ball. There were so many fun things to try! Great place to stay with kids

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The house was clean and had everything we needed to stay with small children. They had booster seats, high chairs, pack and play and even a toddler bed. It made the difficulty of traveling with littles so much easier. They even had books and toys for the kids to play with when we arrived. The house was so clean and comfortable and really made the trip enjoyable. It felt like you were really rural but was so close to all the amenities. 10/10 recommend!

Cute comfy stay for families

We stayed here as our “home base” for a whirlwind visit to friends and family in Portland and Washington. We weren’t there much, which we regret because there are so many things to do (bunnies! Games! Hot tubs!) on the property. Jimmy and Jimmiesue live on the property, which is nice if you have questions/needs. If you’re bringing pets or planning on having a get together, make sure you reach out to them before booking to get the details of their policies since some could feel the policies are restrictive compared to other places. We’d definitely come back but would plan more downtime at the property to take advantage of the little oasis they’ve created.

Amazing Mothers Day Getaway!

This sweet little farm was such a spectauclar find! Nestled just out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. The home was meticulous and even better than the online photos could show. It was very clean and so clozy and the perfect space for our group of 6. The property and outdoor space was spectacular - with all the amenitites we could wish for and then more! We played pickelball, interacted with the farm animals, grilled dinner and enjoyed it on the patio. We lounged on the porch and took long evening walks outside. This place was purely magical!

Amazing little farm getaway!

In town for a wedding and we couldn't have picked a more perfect little home away from home! The farm had no shortage of fun and interactive activities for children, teens and adults alike! JimmieSue was readily available to answer any questions, and she graciously sat out on the farm with our children talking to them and patiently teaching them about each animal on the farm, and also allowed our kids to feed them! This was the highlight of our trip and we have not stopped talking about it since! Such wonderful memories made!
