Had an amazing stay here! Staff were so great, friendly, and helpful and the hotel itself did not disappointment. My only critique is I wish the soaps and shampoos in the room were a little more neutral-the Rose 31 floral fragrance isn’t an overall neutral smell! Everything else was amazing-we will definitely be back!

Beautiful property, and depending on which side of the building you are and what floor the view is amazing. The rooms are quiet, and the insides are very nice. Personal stocked mini bar, menu of ARC for room service which is a nice option. They will bring nice pet beds for your pets if you bring them with you. - Only issues for me were the overal food prices, breakfasts were on average 30$ each. - The hotel is pet friendly which was great, but has no where to take your pets to use the bathroom, and coming from a small town Our pets hate traffic and refuse to go if scared Which they were every time we tried to take them out due to constant traffic and people. - A small grassy area would be a huge plus for people with pets to be able to take them to the bathroom. How are you supposed to bring your pet with no bathroom space. - Only real parking is underground, which if your vehicle is over 6ft you cant use, and there is Little to no parking around or outside the Hotel, overall the undergound parking was very small, the whole area is difficult to maneuver unless you have a small vehicle. - Parking is 45 bucks for 24 hours, which is insanely expensive considering the average room for a night is 300 and you have to share the underground lot with the shopping mall. Over all we enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable, room was dark and quiet, veiw was amazing off the 23rd floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. 8.5/10

Excellent hotel for service, comfort, location, and nearby amenities. Very clean and well maintained. Fairly quiet, close to Waterfront attractions, Gastown, and Transit options. Plenty of restaurant, food, lounge options within/nearby. Needless to say I would stay again. 5 Stars.

Very conveniently located hotel. Easily assessable by Skytrain via the Waterfront station. Lots of dining options in the area. Service is excellent as expected of a Fairmont hotel. I was upgraded upon check-in and my room had a gorgeous view of the waterfront and Stanley Park. Room was comparable to other Fairmont hotels with the timeless luxury vibe. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had the best stay at the Fairmont Waterfront. Love the location of it, right by the water/harbour. Staff was able to accommodate us right away as we flew in from another city early in the morning. They were all so kind. They also held onto our baggage while we roamed around the city one last time before departure - free of charge. Hotel is very close to many Cafes, fast food/restaurants, and many shopping stores. Room was clean & very spacious with amazing views (city view). 10/10 would recommend Fairmont Waterfront

What I loved about this hotel was the staff, very friendly, accommodating. I want to mention Baba from Arc restaurant and Steve the doorman. They both were terrific. The only negative thing that I found were the pillows, not very comfortable. I woken up with a pain in my neck but other than that everything else was very good.

The property was great and the outdoor heated pool was a huge hit with the kids. The room service was excellent and quick. The amenities were ok but it took a long time to get a turning and our bathroom amenities were never replenished.

The hotel was busy and in nice location. Room was clean. We’re a family of four, sharing a double (full) size bed was a manageable but small, preferred a queen size. The self parking was $45 per night that was a shared with shopping patrons so just be aware.

Exceptional luxury property with spacious, beautifully appointed rooms and breathtaking views. Customer service is excellent and I'd recommend the Gold benefits (private lounge, highest quality canapes, desserts, and breakfast, complimentary beverages) as value far exceeding the cost.

It is a beautiful hotel, wonderful lobby fantastic location right on the waterfront near the convention center near the train station and near the walk around the city. Everything in the hotel was excellent except I would appreciate being able to get coffee in the morning downstairs later than 7 AM.
