The primary residents live in the upstairs suite (completely separate and private).
This is a quiet home—no parties or events are allowed.
Parking: One parking spot is provided.
HOUSE INFO + RULES
-2 bedrooms accommodating 4 people
-If you require early check in please let us know immediately same day early check in request will be declined (Early check in fee is $99 - as we would have to hire an additional cleaner to have ready in time)
- No Garage is not for use
- All Booking Alterations Request for a shorter stay from the original length will be denied. Change of Dates will be accepted as long as same length of stay or longer.
- Must Check Out before 11AM or there will be a $100 late check out fee.
- No Smoking/Vaping in the Home.
- No Parties or Events (without approval)
- No Pets Allowed
- No Unregistered guests
- No Food/Drinks on the bed
- No Loud Noise after 9PM to 9AM
- Respect the neighbourhood
- No shoes in the house
- Keep the house clean
- Wash your Dishes Before you Check out
- Dispose Garbage in Garbage bins upon Check out
- Put all Recycling in the Recycling Bin upon Check out
- 4 Guests Maximum Additional Guests will be $100 per person
- Failure to Clean up after yourself will result in a Deep Cleaning/Unexpected Cleaning Fee of $500
- Smoking/Vaping Fee: $500
- Unauthorized Parties or Events Fee: $1000
• Please double-check all personal belongings before leaving—we are not responsible for lost or forgotten items. If valuables need to be returned, a $75 handling fee will apply in addition to shipping costs and any other fees incurred.
