The people working at the hotel were super helpful, providing an option to manage our late arrival, providing breakfast at short notice and helping with any questions we had. "Very welcoming and friendly staff who spoke excellent English. Pretty remote and the nearest village was quiet and lacking amenities. Mondays are quiet days! We didn’t use the pool but it looked good. The crazy golf was ok but a bit tired and some holes were broken. The static caravan / pod was ok. Small and compact compared to uk static caravans. It was clean, but without air con, the bedroom windows had to be opened fully to let air in. Not great when you’ve got children to worry about. No...

"We booked 2 rooms but the automated system only gave us 1 at check in so we had to see the lady at reception after 5pm to get the second one. It is a Poor and confusing digital system. Also the location of the hotel is not helpful for access to restaurants in the evening. ( your own food offering was limited) We had a long walk round a busy unsafe road, or had to drive into the city."

"While we were a little nervous about the somewhat shabby area around this small, quiet hotel, we were quite happy to enter and find an immaculately clean, modernized facility. The parking area, while not a garage, fell safe and secure. The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, the common areas fresh and modern and the room so clean and sparkling! Absolutely the only reason I had to take off a star was because the mattress really could use replacing. It felt old and I could feel the springs....

"We had a wonderful time. Stephane met our early arrivals to let them in and the whole party of 24 - great grandparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins all enjoyed the lovely pool and grounds- with plenty of space for cricket, badminton and board games. Stephane was very helpful when the dishwasher didn’t work- coming up to replace it immediately. We had wonderful weather and really enjoyed Kayaking in Lusignan. We would love to return"
