I booked Taht hotel through expedia for my friend. I chose to pay at the Hotel but before check out the charge was already deducted from my account. When my friend got there the staff didnt give them the room I had booked online for them although my friend showed them the booking document. So, they ended up sleeping on the floor with their baby. When my friend complained about it, they blamed expedia for not being consistent with bookings and also holding a big amount of charge for themseve and giving Hotel`s share very late. I dont know if it is true or not but it is a shame.

Kahvaltisi berbat. Hic sicak yoktu. Birde restaurant girisinde yoklama aliyorlar kahvati icin. Sonrasinda masaya gelip tekrar kontrol ediyorlar. Cesit cok az kahvaltida. Giriste isim isim yoklama alinmasida kotu. Odadaki dolap ve telefon calismiuor. Odanin camlari pis.

in generally, it was not bad clranness was good the free bar included restericted items refregrator didn't work well and drinks stayed warm breakfast area was not attractive and it was under constructing the rooms didn't has air condition so it was a significant negative point

Mattresses and pillow cover were dirty upon arrival. There was no air conditioner. Although we made a request for fan, they didn't pay attention. telephone and minibar didn't work and they didn't fix them during 5 days our hotel accomodation. There was not tissue in the room and there was one soap for two people. there were 2 elevators that most of the time one of them didn't work.

Otele giriş ten itibaren güleryüz ve hizmet fark ettiriyor.personel çok ilgili kahvaltısı peynirleri çeşidi çok iyi konumu şehrin tam ortasın da.... her yere yürümek mümkün..yeni bir otel olduğundan ufak tefek eksiklerler var . ama elerinden gelen her şeyi yapmaya çalışmaları memnuniyet verici...Teşekürler

Otel çok güzel yeni olduğu için tertemiz konum şehrin tam göbeğinde herşey çok yakın fakat odalar çok küçük eğer çocuğunuz varsa bu durum sizi çok zorlayacaktır
